No material from this site may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed in any way. Terms


All orders are subject to prior availability.  All prices are subject to change without notice. OptixArt expressly reserves the right to refuse to conduct business with any third party.

 

  
 

Payment


OptixArt accepts only the following forms of payment: check, money order and credit card (American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Dinner’s Club or PayPal) OptixArt features secure online ordering by credit card.  OptixArt accepts checks or money orders denominated only in United States Dollars in connection with all orders. To pay by check, please select "pay by check" on the payment page of your order form. Once you have submitted your order to OptixArt , payment must be submitted to the address detailed below. Please be sure to write your e-mail address on your check or money order. This will enable OptixArt  to properly credit your account.

Returned checks will be subject to the maximum returned check fee allowed by law. Paying by check will delay your order, as OptixArt does not process or ship your items until your funds clear. Payment by check typically delays your order 2 weeks. Starter checks are not accepted. Available funds from OptixArt checks are not designated to specific orders. Per policy, we will ship the first available order for which there are sufficient funds.

OptixArt will send an e-mail confirmation upon shipment of your order. All orders shipped to the State of Nevada are subject to the current Nevada State sales tax.


Shipping & Handling


OptixArt will attempt to deliver all orders within 2 to 4 weeks of our receipt of a completed applicable order. Shipment of all orders requires an adult signature upon delivery. Shipments to U.S. protectorates will ship via the United States Postal Office.



Continental U.S. Orders


OptixArt currently ships by United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), Ground service and Federal Express (FedEx), (Nonetheless, we reserve the right to ship by other carriers). Once OptixArt has received your order, verified availability, if any, of your order and processed payment, please allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery.



Non-Continental U.S. Orders


For orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or U.S. Virgin Islands, shipping charges will be e-mailed to you in response to your order.



International Orders


For international orders, shipping charges are generally more expensive than domestic and the cost of these additional charges will be e-mailed to you in response to your order.


Customs and Duties Information


On international shipments there is a strong likelihood that your packages will be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your packages sent and may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. OptixArt has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from OptixArt , you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.



Return / Replacement Policy


Subject to availability, exact exchanges will be made only on damaged or defective products. If the shipping tube or box is visibly damaged upon receipt, refuse to accept it and immediately notify OptixArt of your refusal to accept the order. Claims must be made within 5 business days of your receipt of an order.

Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return your purchase to OptixArt for a full refund. OptixArt  will only honor refund requests on items returned undamaged and in their original form. Simply indicate the reason for your return, include the packing slip with your return, and wrap the package securely. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment. OptixArt is not responsible for shipping and handling on returned items.
